Sip into Summer wine walk set to kickoff summer in downtown Chelan

CHELAN — The Lake Chelan Wine Alliance, in collaboration with the Historic Downtown Chelan Association, will host “Sip into Summer,” a wine walk event scheduled for Friday, June 20, from 4 to 7 p.m., in Historic Downtown Chelan.

The event marks the opening of the “Summer Starts Downtown” festival, a three-day celebration taking place June 20–22. In addition to the wine walk, the weekend will include merchant-hosted bingo games and prize drawings.

“Sip into Summer” attendees will receive eight wine tastings and a keepsake wine tote with the $40 ticket. Check-in begins at 4 p.m. at Coldwell Banker in Chelan. A bottle shop will be set up at the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce.

Participating wineries include Amos Rome Vineyards, C3 Corral Creek Cellars, Diffraction Wine, Endless Orchard Cider, Tsillan Cellars, Lagrioth Winery, Tipsy Canyon Winery, Silver Bell Winery, Succession Wines, Vin du Lac Winery, Wapato Point Cellars, Hard Row to Hoe Vineyards, Navarre Coulee Winery, and Rocky Pond Estate Winery.

Tastings will be offered at more than a dozen downtown locations, including Coldwell Banker, Culinary Apple, French Quail Too, Homes by JJ, Honeybee Boutique, Lake Chelan Sports, Lake Life Chelan, Lush Life, The Shirt Shop, The Starry Owl, Walkin’ On Woodin, Whaley’s General Store, Willow Boutique, and Woody’s Classic Man.
